It also expects the aspiring graduates and mid-career professionals, who can adapt to difficult working environments, undertake challenging projects, willing to take risks in designing and running development programmes that can bring lasting changes in the lives of the poor and disadvantaged communities.
CCD values action-reflection-action cycle of learning and innovation. The development professionals are expected to work with teams, develop sound interpersonal skills, ready to equip in reflective communication and writing skills. They are expected to build and share knowledge from practices, work with multiple stakeholders and partners, deliver timely results and honour commitments.

Professionals to lead Farmer Producer Organisations:
Professional Graduates from Agriculture and allied subjects are required to handle Farmer Producer Organisations with special focus in promoting resilient farming practices to mitigate climate change.
Senior Professionals to Lead Resource Agency Programme at District level:
Senior professionals with prior experience in handling agricultural development programme at the grassroots with Community Organisations or NGOs are required to handle District Level Resource Support Agency for the World Bank sponsored FPO Capacity Development Programme.
Qualifications:
· Graduation or Post-graduation in Agriculture and allied subjects.
· Prior work experience in promoting or working with community organisations.
· Professionals with experience in working with FPOs / Agricultural Development Programmes of NGOs will be given preference.
Remuneration:
· Salary will commensurate with experience
